Michael Paul Perry

Michael Paul Perry, 36, of Fremont passed away Friday, June 22, 2018 from a motorcycle accident.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.  The family will receive friends following the service. 

Michael was born in Wilson County on July 26, 1981.

He is survived by his father, Bill Garner of Roper, NC; his girlfriend, Tammy Skeens of the home; his paternal grandmother, Ann Nichols of Sims, NC; one step-brother, David Strickland (Stacy) of Bailey; and other family members including Shawn Perry (Amanda), Frank Skeens (Alexis), Ashlyn, Landan, Chelsea and Oaklyn, Eva Mae Price “Gan Gan”, all of Fremont and Judy Mason of Lucama and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mabel Perry, who raised him and whom he called mamma.

The family is in the care of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
