A private graveside service will be held for the family.

Archer was born in Wayne County on September 20, 2025 to Jeffrey and Chelsey Lynn Ballance of Fremont.

In addition to his parents, those he leaves to cherish his memories are his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Amy Ballance Jr. of Fremont; his maternal grandparents, Douglas and Rebecca Hines of Fremont; paternal great-grandparents, Raymond and Brenda Ballance Sr. of Fremont; his uncle, Matt and Cristina Ballance of Fremont and his aunt, Courtney Hines and her daughter, Catilyn of Patetown.

The family is in the care of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
