Obituary
Curtis Owen Pearson, 74, of Fremont passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at home.
A service will be held at a later date.
Curtis was born in Wilson County on August 21, 1948 to the late Buddy and Ruby Lamm Pearson.
He is survived by his two sons, Junior Pearson and wife, Jennifer of Stantonsburg and Chris Pearson and wife, Holly of Stantonsburg; one brother, Ricky Pearson and wife, Jenny of Lucama; five sisters, Judy Pearson and special friend, Bill of Lucama, Edith Pearson of Lucama, Barbara Davis and husband, Kenneth of Sims, Patricia Pearson of Lucama and Kathy Howell and special friend, Barry Flowers of Kenly; three grandchildren, Amber and husband, Max, Abbie and Caden; three great-grandchildren, William Oliver and Atlas and Charlotte Harrison; and his special friend, Linda Locklear.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Pearson and one sister, Helen Pearson.
The family is in the care of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home, 102 N. Pine Street in Fremont.
