Jo Ann Forehand, 62, of Pikeville passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016 at home.

Jo Ann is survived by her mother, Helen Fairchild of Florida; husband, Kenneth Forehand; one brother, Chester Browning of Virginia and one grandson, Devin Fellows.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Lee Browning; daughter, Desiree Fellows and her brother, Clarence Browning.

A private service will be held at a later date.

The family is in the care of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
