Kathy (Sauls) Lane

Kathy Sauls Lane, 60, of Goldsboro passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at her home.

A private family graveside will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.

Mrs. Lane was born in Wilson County on September 1, 1962 to the late Garland and Joyce Bass Sauls.

She is survived by one son, Thomas Lane and his partner, Austin Kennedy; two brothers, Tony Sauls and wife, Dawn of Goldsboro and Mike Sauls and wife, Allison of Goldsboro; her niece, Deana Sauls; three nephews, Dustin Sauls and wife, Sarah, Jacob Sauls and Matthew Sauls; her special friend, Sandy Davis; her beloved cats, Olive & Oatmeal and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lane was preceded in death by her husband, Craig Lane and her brother, Bruce Sauls.

The family is in the care of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
