Mary Angela (Nelson) Ingram

Mary Angela Nelson Ingram, 57, of Fremont passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at UNC Health Wayne in Goldsboro.

The family will receive friends Monday, August 14, 2023 from 6 until 7:30 p.m. at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.  A graveside will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley.  

Mrs. Ingram was born in Lenoir County on October 13, 1965.  

She is survived by her mother, Bonnie “Juanita” Wade of Goldsboro; her husband, Allen R. Ingram; three sons, Bradley Combs (Stephanie Murphy) of Pikeville, Brandon Ingram (Destiney Hicks) of Fremont and Cody Ingram (Ariel Lee) of Hookerton, NC; one daughter, Samantha Wagner of Goldsboro; one brother, Chad E. Wade (Morgan Teal) of Pikeville; twelve grandchildren and her beloved cat, Whisky.

In addition to her father, Daniel Lee Nelson, Mrs. Ingram was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Lee Nelson, Jr. and one sister, Teresa Carol Nelson.

The family is in the care of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home, 102 North Pine Street in Fremont.
